3. Do you have technicians that will come on-site to troubleshoot problems?
We remotely support our clients whenever possible and when needed, we always will have a technician on-site.
4. Do you offer a 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring plan?
Yes we do. RWA offers a stand-alone Network Monitoring Plan designed to provide active monitoring of the core network infrastructure equipment that is critical for business operations. The goal of the plan is to generate appropriate alerts when a problem occurs so it may be resolved quickly to minimize the impact of its occurrence.

Our headquarters is located in Grapevine, Texas.
6. Do you offer pay as you go services?
Yes we do. we refer to this as Break/Fix services. Break/Fix services are available by the hour or in packages of Block Hour Plans of 10, 50, and 100 hours.
7. How big is your company?
RWA currently works with just under 50 associates. There are varying areas of expertise in each of these divisions; Medical, Commercial, Government, Education, and Non-Profit.
8. What is a Managed Services plan and do you offer this service?
RWA provides a Managed Services plan which is designed to provide both preventive maintenance and proactive ongoing management, including monitoring and Helpdesk support, for the core technical infrastructure equipment. This plan is our most popular and cost-effective plan for mid-to-large-size organizations that need periodic on-site support.
9. Does your medical division offer assistance with HIPAA compliance?
Yes, we most definitely offer compliance assistance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We have partnered with an excellent company that offers a complete and very affordable Cloud-based HIPAA compliance program for large and small medical practices including a “BA Specific” program for their business associates as well.
10. Do you offer any kind of hardware leasing or purchasing services?
We offer both equipment leasing and purchasing services.
11. Do you work within the constraints of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act relating to business records?
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) not only affects the financial side of corporations, it also affects the IT departments whose job it is to store a business’s electronic records. RWA can create and maintain your corporate records archive in a cost-effective fashion that satisfies the requirements put forth by the SOX legislation.
12. Do you offer any kind of IT assessment service?
RWA offers a FREE Health Check which gives a business a good “overview” of the state that their IT infrastructure is in. We also offer a PREMIUM Health Check which goes into great detail and produces very detailed reporting of all aspects of your IT infrastructure including a thorough detailed list of recommended solutions for any shortcomings uncovered (if any).
